Flagg RV Dealership Review

The following is a review that I got on Flagg RV from Stan W. I'll update this on my web page soon.

Dealership: Flagg R.V., West Boylston, MA

Department's Dealt With: Sales/Service

Sales Comments: Low key sales staff, No pressure here.

Sales Grade: A+

Service Comments: Only dealt with service department for pre-delivery work. The service department folks were great.

Service Grade: A

Store Comments: Small parts store located at the end of the lot is not owned by Flagg R.V. but by a former employee who took it over from Flagg a while back. It seems to stock a fair amount of stuff and can order whatever else you may need. Not an R.V. superstore but I've been in a lot smaller ones. This one is worth checking out.

Store grade: A-

Buy Before? Yes
Buy Again? Yes

Overall Grade: A

Comments This is a family owned business and has been around fo many years. They have another dealership in RI and can be checked out at http://www.flaggrv.com/

We bought a left over 2005 Jayco Sport from them and were treated as though we had purchased a big buck motorhome. These folks want your business and want you to come back and buy in the future. God I love business' like this.

The only thing I could find fault with was a couple of things not fixed after we got the trailer home. 2 cabinet door latches loose and the medicine door mirror askew in the frame. rather than haul it back for these minor repairs I fixed them myself, all of 10 minutes worth of work. All other stuff (stove burner replacement & furnace control board) were repaired and working fine.
